Executive Villa (3Bedrooms)
It is located right between the Ambassador and the 4 bedroom Executive Villa. The particular villa offers intimate access to the beautiful blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Step out into the sunshine, lay on your sun chairs around the 45 sq meters swimming pool and dive into the crystal waters with totally privacy. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a kitchenette in 3 levels. On the main floor, there is an open plan style kitchenette and spacious living room with fire place and a full equipped lounge in country style. A sliding white door separates the 2 master bedrooms with king size beds from the living room. The bathroom is from granite and the shower cabin from crystal. All bathrooms furniture is made from wood and the porcelains are Italian. On the last floor is the 3rd master bedroom with king size bed and white furniture. There is a small lobby right outside the bedroom with a sofa bed. The view from the veranda is stunning. The bathroom is based on the same style as the one mentioned on the living room level. The entire plot is 1.000 sq meters and the villa can accommodate easily 6 persons. Parking for 2 cars.

Relaxation is a must next to the pool (45 sq meters), enjoy a leisurely read on the outdoor veranda and watch as the sun dips behind the waters at dusks. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & a kitchenette in 3 levels. On the first floor there is a full white master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom made from granite with shower cabin and crystal door. All bathroom furniture is from white Italian porcelains and wood. Next to the bedroom there is a small living room with a traditional sofa bed (lounge style) and 2 minimalistic light brown colored armchairs. On the main floor, there is an open plan style kitchenette and spacious living room with fire place and a full equipped lounge in country style. A separate comfy WC with shower cabin is located on the particular level as well. A sliding white door separates the other 2 master bedrooms with king size beds. On the last floor is the 4th master bedroom with stunning views from its veranda and a bathroom made as the one mentioned on the first floor. The entire plot is 1.000 sq meters and the villa can accommodate easily 6+2 persons. Parking for 2 cars.

Ambassador Villa
The stunning 250 indoor sq. meters Ambassador Villa is an intimate enclave of the upscale Cycladic living. Overlooking the most famous beach of Paros, Santa Maria and the sparkling waters of Aegean sea and right opposite to Naxos island, the villa is nestled within a big garden full of plants, trees and colored flowers. As you reaching the villa you can identify the tranquility and the privacy. The 120 sq meters private swimming pool enticing you to soak up a golden tan. The villa is consisting of 3 levels. It features a spacious living room with a fire place and several well designed furniture like 2 wooden armchairs, a white sofa bed and a grey fluffy couch next to the window with Santa Maria view. A separate master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin is located on the same particular level where is the main entrance made from Metal with wood paneling. The kitchenette is in the same level. On the first floor is the 2nd 25 sq meters master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin. The furniture is totally in white colors. At the bottom level are the other 2 master bedrooms, the one is 45 sq meters with a 15sq meters bathroom! All has king size beds and separate bathrooms. Bathroom floors are in white color and the walls and ceilings are from Italian resin & stucco cement. The entire plot is 2.000sq meters and the villa can accommodate easily 8 adults. Parking for 2 cars.

Any cancellation made within 14 days during low and middle season or 21 during high & pick season, before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.

My children came upstairs to shower possibly making the stairs wet, i went to go down the stairs after this and fell, fracturing my left knee.
